Billing questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time in Settings → Billing. Upgrades apply immediately and the difference is prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of the billing month.
Is there a refund?
Monthly plans: cancel any time, no refund for the current month. Yearly plans: full refund within 30 days of the first payment, prorated refund afterwards. Request it from Settings → Billing or contact support.
What happens when I run out of SMS?
Extra SMS cost $0.02 each on Pro and Business, billed on the next invoice. Error code E-SMS-003 appears when the account has no SMS credit left and overage is switched off.
Do you charge for card payments?
Orbit charges nothing on top of Stripe's fee (2.9% + 30¢ per successful card payment in the US).
